In order to ensure the most efficient handling and turnaround time for your case, please follow the procedure outlined below:
- Complete the digital_Rx completely. (Shade(s), patient name, and alloy preference are a must)
- Send the white copy with the case. Keep the yellow copy for your records
- It is important that you use a Barth Rx (they are preprinted with your office bar code).
- Follow the recommended packaging instructions.
