Crown & Bridge Cases
- Place packing material into the box.
- Place each item into the box.
- Place additional packing on top of the items.
- Download and complete Rx
- Fold the completed Rx and place in the box.
- Close box and seal with packing tape.
- Select method of shipping.
- Peel and stick preprinted label to box.
(For multiple cases in the same box, put each case in a separate bag with Rx attached to bag)
Removable Cases with Articulator
- Place packing in-between models.
- Wrap each half separately in bubble wrap..
- Place each articulator half in a separate bubble wrap bag..
- Place additional items in the box.
- Make sure that no loose objects are moving.
- Fold the completed Rx and place in the box.
- Close box and seal with packing tape.
- Select method of shipping.
- Peel and stick preprinted label to box.
